After leaving the island of Koh Lanta ,we took a plane to Chiang Mai from Krabi ( the not so busy ) airport. I personally I didn’t like the Air Asia flights because it was a small plane and it was a little bit bumpy, the staff were all great and all that but the thing I didn’t exactly like was the take off and landing when we set off from Krabi and landed in Chiang Mai. Well, it’s our last day in Asia, we’re in Bangkok and it’s totally bonkers. Our four days here hasn’t done it any justice. Read more “Goodbye Asia.” →
And what proved to be the perfect respite island. Our time here was mainly filled with beaches, exploring and time in the three pools; two of which were right outside our bungalow door.
So, we’re in Thailand and of course we’re still loving it large, so I’m not going to write a post about what we’re doing and how we’re doing it like the other 3 Edventurers. We went on a quad bike for the first real time ever ( seen as though I can’t remember the time when we went on a baby track in France !) But this track was bumpy , muddy and a little bit over whelming for my liking . CHECK THIS OUT !
We went on a plane to Thailand and we stayed near Krabi in a place called Ao Nang. The next day we went on a longtail boat to a beach called Railay beach.
Morning runs on the golden sands. Playing beach football ’till the sun goes down. Catching up on your reading and on the vitamin D intake. It’s hard but someone’s got to do it.
I loved the Gardens by the Bay. The best thing was the fountains and the playground. I did the monkey bars. The trick is to rub sand on your hands, you get it off and it makes them all grippy. Read more “I love Singapore” →
