Giant Redwood Trees, The Triplet Falls, And The Ropes…
The Great Ocean Road
Giant Redwood Trees:
Our first stop from Otway National Park was the Giant Redwood Trees, the first thing to note about them was that they were massive, not like Chinley parks trees version of massive, these trees were the real deal , daddy said that they came from America and I think that we will see loads more of them in America.
Me, Arlo and mummy played hide and seek in the trees and it was great fun, then we had to get in the car to go to are next stop off.
The Triplet Falls:
We had to go on a long walk to get to the falls and the view wasn’t very good because lots of trees were in the way. It was an exceptional walk because we had some sea salt and balsamic vinegar rice cakes with us so that we could have a snack whenever we wanted , well I say that but mummy was quite strict about them. Then it was time to get back in the car again.
The Treetops Ropes Course:
I think that the ropes course was a total blast, the ropes course was up high in the trees , this is me on a zip line :
I went on both the green courses and I did one of the blue courses on my own , this was great because I could go at my own pace and I didn’t have to help Arlo off the zip lines . I liked the zip line but it was nice to get back to Bimbi park (our campsite) there were a lot more kids there than when we left because there was a home school week event where all the kids in the local area joined up and did fun stuff , a bit like Casetlon except that this activity went on for a week . We got to join in a dinosaur dig and a guy found a stone that was inside a dinosaurs belly called a gastrolith
Bye for now
