Thailand – first leg

Thailand – first leg

We went on a plane to Thailand and we stayed near Krabi in a place called Ao Nang. The next day we went on a longtail boat to a beach called Railay beach.

Me and my sister played together in the sea and mummy and daddy had a massage. We did quad biking and I was on the front. It was good, it was bumpy and muddy. After we’d done the quad biking we got in the van and drove to the Hot Springs, that was boiling hot – hotter than hot water in a bath! The hot water comes from under the ground, where it’s hot. Like where lava comes from. When we got out I was starving. After a big Thai dinner we got to go to another pool. Emerald Pool was colder but it was funny because all the rocks were more slippy. We slid into the water. It was a bright blue green colour.  Then it chucked it down and we ran back through the forest in the rain. We didn’t end up going to the big temple at the end of the day but that meant we got to play in the pool in the rain, that was really good. On our last day we had breakfast that was so tasty, like cereal and white toast and jam and peanut butter and some juice. We did MyMaths before going in a van, on a ferry, over to Koh Lanta. It’s a massive hotel and the beds are so comfy. They are massive. You get a double bed to yourself, it’s so amazing and you get to watch the giant TV and Daddy has downloaded Captain Underpants. That is my favourite film. And that is all I’ve got to talk about my holiday for now so bye-bye.

Your trip sounds amazing Arlo! Are you adding a quad bike, a big double bed and a giant TV to your birthday list now? The photos are funny, What happened to Daddy? He seems to have changed colour! Sounds like you are having a great time, we are all really enjoying reading your blogs and finding out all about the different things you’ve been up to. By the way Manchester Utd finally bought Sanchez and they won 4-0 on Friday so Kev was very happy. Weather is grotty here. Its very grey and rainy. So enjoy the sunshine and all your adventures. We look forward to reading your next post! X

What’s the best part in Captain Underpants. We got the film out of the library today and going to watch it. Great photos Arlo.

This question will probably receive the fullest answer of any to date from Arlo – Sure he’ll have a lot to say on the matter when he wakes up in 10 hrs. He’s also got his thai thank yous down to a tee!

It’s the bit where Captain Underpants says ‘Oh you little turtle, are sooo beautiful’. It’s a classic!

Henna I’m not a fan of breaking rules either and probably wouldn’t have liked walking on the train tracks either!
It’s been snowing here and my mum says it rained for the whole of January!
